Veer Sagar is the author of the best-selling book on management “ FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION”, is an owner of a YouTube Channel “LEARN WITH VEER SAGAR”, Chairman and promoter of India’s earliest back office company SELECTRONIC and promoter of CRICONET a platform for E coaching on Cricket.

He is the Chairman of Electronic and Software Export Promotion Council. He is a Management Consultant with a special concentration on IT. Veer is one of the pioneers who brought India on the IT world Map. He has over 60 years of work experience with various companies. His management experience lies in turning around companies through positioning and cost management as well as creating a management structure which is efficient, flexible, and scalable.

He was a pioneer in the IT field and was part of the IT and SW revolution in India. He set up one of India’s earliest computer systems in Dunlop and later on was part of the IT bandwagon as head of ICIM marketing and DCM’s Computer company. Under his leadership DCM created the world’s first 486 based minicomputer and exported designs and SW to technology leaders like Microsoft, Intel and IBM.
He was quick to recognize the power of Back Office and set up India’s first third party SW company SELECTRONIC.

Veer been written about and quoted in India’s leading newspapers, magazines and TV channels as well as appeared on the cover of international magazines like Times, Newsweek, Wall Street Journal, Far Eastern Review and Economist and Indian magazines like India Today, Business World, Business India, Outlook etc.

Member of IT delegations to USA, UK Germany, Pakistan, Holland, Greece Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Bahrain, Dubai and South Africa. He was part of the original MAIT and NASSCOM drive to put India on the world IT map.
