Dilip is Chairman of Bharat Web3 Association (BWA)

Dilip is also an advisor to Startups .

With over 40 years of experience, Dilip has broad and extensive experience in leading domestic industry bodies. As a veteran in this space, he has been deeply involved in the policy domain and in creating an ecosystem for skill Development.

Dilip has been the Secretary General, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI); Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC); Director General of the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers.(SIAM) and Deputy Director General of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

Dilip graduated with a Honours Degree in Chemistry. He later did his MBA. He also has a certificate in Negotiation and Mediation.

Dilip is a fellow of the World Academy of Productivity Science (WAPS), He is a keen sportsman.
